Order Of The Griffon: Wand charges?
« on: March 29, 2020, 12:29:54 PM »
Hey everyone,

So when I was playing Order Of The Griffon, I noted that my Wand of Fireball randomly seems to just get consumed. At first I thought it was due to it only having a limited amount of charges (even though there was no mention of it, or how many it has), but then I noted that after using it even less than I did previously, it just got consumed.

Is there something I'm missing? Maybe after so many uses, it becomes depleted and has a random chance of being destroyed or used up? <Shrugs>

Use em a couple times and sell before they're worthless.

This would make sense, but it seems the amount of time you can use the wand is random? I would save, use it once and it would get consumed. Load my saved game, use it a few times and it is ok! Seems strange!

Some games have items that can randomly break. The fact that it's just random and not them wearing out becomes apparent when you save often and load your last save after something breaks, but it's fine for a while going forward.
