Gone: Junk PC Engine Duo R system - As Is

This is a PC Engine Duo R system. Physically it is in good shape, it even has the Hucard slot door, only oddity is the blue logo on the front is entirely missing, looks like this system has been polished before. Its functionality issue is it can't boot anything. The internal Super System Card 3.0 doesn't boot, neither does any HuCard I try. The system appears to have been worked on before inside. I don't know what's wrong with it, maybe it can be fixed or used for parts. It is being sold as-is, no returns.
