Also, if you don't want to buy the PCB, here is how you can make it yourself on breadboard.
 

Ground points are connected under the sticky tape using a capacitor lead.

I had noticed that on another thread.  Pretty neat!  Thanks for the heads up.  I'm gearing up to do the screen mod this morning.  Wish me luck!  :-)
