Short to ground duo rx

 Hi
      I have a duo rx I am working on that now has a short to ground. One of the voltage regulators test short to ground in the 5v. I recapped the board a while back. Originally it had issues with a bad rgb mod. It has been removed and replaced with voultar RGB mod. I had it running but something was still wrong with video like a color was missing or white was missing. I removed the hu6260 and cleaned it up. There was messed up pads etc and I put it back on. Went to test and now I have the short. Any ideas? Its probably a bad component but hard to find.
