Sorry, I didn't know there were turns.  I was just keeping the game alive since another puzzle hadn't been posted when I checked the thread and I was able to quickly think one up.

I'm guessing Saturn Bomberman.  If not that, Atomic Bomberman.  The only other one that could suggest a ring of skydivers (albeit with the words reversed) is Bomberman Jetters.
