As for Camp California

It has amazing music.

I saw an enemy wearing a bondage/gimp suit. Or. I was drunk. Either way.

A very, very fun game.

Binged for 8 hours straight yesterday on D.E.II with a good friend I rarely get to hang with. Both our wives happened to be out of town and we were off work... full dude on dude action all night long, SuperCD style!

Ordyne

Love this game.  It's got a happy and jovial atmosphere, and some great play mechanics.
Definitely a fun game with 2 players.

After years of putting it off, I FINALLY finished Blazing Lazers. It frustrated me as a kid, but as a grown up, well, it still frustrated me.
Don't let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use.

...full dude on dude action all night long, SuperCD style!

Full fledged dude on dude action is the only true way to OBEY.

I keep trying to sell my girlfriend on some full dude on girl action, SuperCD style, but so far she's having none of it.

So I'm keeping it dude on dude as it was always intended to be...

My wife is fiercely competitive. So as long as the game is vs. and not co-op, she plays. She especially likes Mortal Kombat and Baseball Stars on the neo.

She'll play co-op but its frustrating. She has to turn it into a competition, so she is constantly hogging all the health and power ups, and re-spawning by stealing your lives. Lol

Played some Ai Cho Aniki last night. I really like it just because its so weird. But I don't understand the whole time system. The first few times i played i died due to time, or just losing life to much. I think i made it to the end the last time i played (boss battle with a giant woman) But i died. Is there a way to rack up extra time in the game besides that girl showing up on the screen with the kanji balls?

After years of putting it off, I FINALLY finished Blazing Lazers. It frustrated me as a kid, but as a grown up, well, it still frustrated me.

Now you can play it in higher difficulty setting!

Ha! :)

just beat it now, it took quite a few tries, I started over the weekend on Super Mania after HH mode, the last few tries dieing on the last boss was especially frustrating - nothing like seeing your next ship isn't gold  #-o
Now on to god of game mode.

God of Game is the only way to play Blazing Lazers.

I don't know :-k HH I could still use all the weapons and no shields really, but SM and GOG it seems like the game changes to- keep the Shield as much as possible and use III if you want to survive.

Is that what you use on GOG?

Lot's of run 'n gun the last few days.
[ul][li]Die Hard - not very true to the movie, mazes can be a bit annoying, but a solid game everyone should check out.[/li][li]Last Alert - I've been using the intro scenes to time loading on the TG CD I'm working on. I always end up playing the game for a little while though.[/li][/ul]
