I already played through Yunica's quest. It's not perfect, but it's still excellent. I'll probably start Hugo's quest next week.

Yeah, I was going to mention it, but then I started reading the complaints, so, I was gonna wait till alot of the error's are fixed.  I think I only beat that game originally with Yunica, & was maybe halfway with Hugo.  Personally though I'm gonna try n wait for the PSP/PSV version, whenever Falcom decides to unveil it......& when Xseed releases it stateside. 

Actually, Xseed had a meeting with Falcom at "the end of September" according to one interview, so I wonder what they talked about other then Ys Celceta.  There is supposed to be ATLEAST one more PSP game coming from them, not to mention a PSV version of Legend of Heroes Zero no Kiseki/Trails of Zero Full Voiced Edition, I'm hoping that means a better chance of getting it over here!

I don't know what all the complaints are about. I used the free Groupon version as a base, installed the patch, and then copied the fixed EXE that was linked to in that topic. I only had one crash and, at most, two instances of text running off of the screen.

EDIT: Oh, and use AppLocale. I didn't witness it fixing the textureless boss myself, but I had no texture problems after I started using AppLocale because the boss was textureless.

I wonder why people never read the files that say READ ME!?  I'll have to to re-install YsO this week and try the game again.  Man I love how I can just order games straight from Falcom.  I also had the update disc sent to me after purchase.  They really are an awesome company.  It will be nice to play this in English now.  Now...to see about paypal donations.
