I didn't read all 4 pages of this topic, but when I first got my Arcade Card Pro I thought it was defective as well.  Turned out to be my PCE converter.  The seller was willing to take the card back and everything, but I cut a trace on the converter and suddenly it worked perfectly.  That's a true story.  I told the seller to f-off and that he could keep my money because I was keeping this damn Arcade Card Pro because it was awesome.  Then I gave him a whole bunch of negative feedback for trying to take my awesome Arcade Card Pro away from me.  I had eBay ban him as well.  That part's not so true.

I've ordered tons of stuff from hitjapan in the last few years and have never had any problem with them, and I have been pleased with their communication/negotiating special deals (holding items to consolidate shipping). I would not hesitate to recommend hitjapan to fellow members here.

I recently bought a SF2 from hit Japan recently for a good price.  It came in good condition and in the expected time frame.  I only have the one dealing with him but the one I did have was positive.
