8-bit Emulators

Like the NES, Master System/Game Gear, 2600 and the 7800

Can it be done? What's the Specs of the TurboGrafx-16/PC Engine?

The turbografx has an emulator called Magic Engine.

For emulator needs, I usually check http://www.zophar.net/ first to see what's available.
