Yeah.  There needs to be way moar anime-quality games going wild.

Neptunia and Valkyria Chronicles on PS3 were a great start for that concept

As I guessed, NISA is localizing this.  They just sent out a press release this morning, but they're localizing the name as well so it will be called Time and Eternity.
