No.  I think that is scammer because I got an email from that guy as second chance at $3200 and that was top dollar I would pay for.  I got excited and checked the ebay message system and there were never an email.  I decide to email him back and asked him to go through ebay transaction.  He responded back and say thank you for responding and refer me to wire money over there.  I quickly not respond anymore.
