EDIT: also, yeah, Skate or Die 2's adventure mode is a bit iffy if you're not aware of skater-lingo (ollie = jump), and if you don't grab the board upgrades from Lester.  lol

I spent HOURS playing SorD2 hallfpipe alone. That thing is excellent once you get a hang of the controls.
The story is not bad either, again, once you take a few to get acclimated.

I agree 100% with this. I bought this game from a local department store back when I was 10 (since it was only $20). The story mode controls kinda suck but the half pipe was fun as hell (despite the learning curve). I love the animation when you dropped head first on the small middle ramp and you split in half

I haven't played in quite some time, but definitely one of the best $5 NES purchases I've made.

I was just playing this the other night. The 2nd overhead shooting level's tune gets stuck in my head all the time.

Hint: Use password "TGL" to play just the shooting levels.
