Tons of single item deals I got on the cheap but these were the huge ones.

4882 (If I recall correctly) sealed games in a storage bin that I found on Craigslist. I think it was .67 a piece that I paid for them. They were all 3DO, Game Gear, Sega CD and 32X games. This is a pic from the back of the car trailer I moved them in. They were 3-5 boxes deep.

Also a Craigslist find. The boxed Turbo was actually new/sealed. I think I paid $225 for the entire lot.

All is well. :)

Most of my good "wild finds" happened back in the late 90's before collecting was even a consideration...I got Snatcher for the Sega CD for $5 at a used CD store...Guardian Heroes for the Saturn for $7. Sealed copies of Rayearth, Shining Wisdom and Shining the Holy Ark for $5-10 each when they were on clearance. No one ever thought they'd be worth dick in 10 years.

My best "collecting era" find was probably a Neo-Geo CD, 2 controllers and 20 games for $150.

I scored Bonk 3 in a raffle here from Sparky.  I remember being super excited that I won.  Hell, I'm still excited that I won.  :D
I'm busy playing pinball, but I still drop by to visit.

I bought a  copy of Devil's Crush for $12 last year at a used game store.  I already had a copy but $12 was waaaay too good to pass up.
Current want list:  TG16 Bomberman 93, SGX 1941

Holy crap!!!! I live for the day that I find score some new old-stock, regardless of the system it's for. How long did it take you to sell all of that off?

That is seriously awesome! I've only been a member for less than a month, and I am blown away by some of the raffles I've seen/heard of in such a short period of time

That's awesome, and I definitely miss regular deals like that. When I was 11/12 back in the late 90s, I would use all of my allowance/chore money to buy used Sega and SNES games at Software Etc. and other stores. I think I payed 5 bucks each for Chrono Trigger and Dracula X back in the day. And I'm fairly certain there were tons of other rare and expensive games that I didn't pick up.

Gotta love 20/20 hindsight  ](*,) haha

I can't think of any "extreme" obey deals (other than what I've gotten from forum members here) but I recently found a loose Earthbound cart for $8 and boxed (complete) Chrono Trigger for $5. Sadly, I now live about 1k miles from those shops so some other nerd is finding awesome deals.

At the end of the Radio Shack clearance (Dixie Value Mall, Mississauga, Ontario), they were taping together bundles of 10 Super CDs and selling them for $10...

The bundles  contained an assortment of Prince of Persia, Loom, Shadow of the Beast, Sim Earth, Buster Bros., Lords of Thunder and Forgotten Worlds.
Man, and that's not to far from me.. Great story.. Oh to travel back in time. :)

For me I have never had much luck in the wild for tg goodies, acquired mostly from good people on the forums.
Bluebmw and I have had some great buys/trades. The guy gave me a complete US Godzilla.. He is the TG Santa Claus around these parts and gives the warmest hugs :P

I agree.  The guy gave me a SNES w/ Super Mario World included for the cost of shipping.
