If you're referring to that new arcade dlc crap from capcom, pretty much everyone of those damn games are on the two ps2 collections.

Although the good thing with the dungeons & dragons game is you can buy the ps3 disk version from Jaapn Asti is region free. FYI. So is dark stalkers

AFAIK for digital games released in JP for PS3, only other one I can think of is Okami HD. Don't remember if its region free or not, since I don't have it.
