My question is, how much input lag is there?

The one thing I don't like about emulation with a USB controller is that there seems to be slightly more input lag than the real thing.

Of course, that's just with my setup. On the flipside, an optimized MAME configuration can actually be criticized as having LESS input lag than the real thing for certain games, IIRC.

There is slight input lag using the wireless controller which is Bluetooth.  It's not horrible but it is noticeable.  Using O.E. controllers erases any lag and feels like playing on real hardware.

I wonder if the nes advantage which eeqi ires two controler poets or the sega wire less controlers work on this as well

That's a big negative ghost rider.  The 1 and 2 player control ports are on opposite sides.  It would be cool to yank one apart and place the control ports close enough together to try it.  I have a strong feeling they will not work though.  The Sega wireless controllers would be especially tough unless you used cable extensions to place the receiver in front of the consoleinstead of off to the side.  I loved the ones I had as a kid but that IR technology had it's weaknesses (I.e. you must have controller pointed at receiver at all times).

At that point what's the point of having these multi system clones?
There is no point, there are cheaper alternatives, with the same or better quality. ie get a Wii and one of these

I think it's truly a bummer the EverDrive family does NOT work with this machine...  :(  That and the fact NO ONE has yet to include the TG-16 in one of these.....Strange with all the attention the Turbo has been getting in recent years.

I dont know. To many moving parts. I say the future for cd based games due to the compaitavly small memory size and the much more expansive sive of mini sc cards and auch they will make it based off of that and eliminate the cd component all together.

I belive there is something similar offered for the 3D0 and the Dreamcast but the bugs have not been worked out yet.

it is a multi controller adapter (nes/snes/gen/n64), it goes on the GC port.
For systems like PCE I use a turbo NES controller.
