I just picked up GG Xrd last week. Don't have much time to play it right now though, as I'm studying for a Cisco cert exam

I picked it up for ps3 because i don't want to shell out the money for a arcade stick for the ps4 right now

Sooo has anyone spent time with the amiibos in this game?

I can only describe amiibos as Nintendo's answer to tamagotchi... ie virtual pet raising but with nintendo characters.. raising them to fight! fight! fight!

I picked this up on uk release day. Snagged one WITH the GC adapter £52 retail. Still have a wavebird controller so will be using that along with a pro controller. Gave to my eldest son on Christmas day and he's been enjoying it loads but I've had barely a chance to even look at it due to arrival on 10th Dec of son no2! I've gave amiibos some thought and my conclusion right now is...meh ill pass. Would rather spend the money on decent games. Got captain toad before release day  (due to be released tomorrow here) but still have yet to play it. Its 3am and I've slept 1hr in 24!! But still ...amiibos....ill pass.
