I got this one because FFIV was the RPG to get me into turn-based RPGs back when I was 10. I'll report back on how shitty or not it will be.
I've come to accept that gamers aren't going to start using the word "retro" correctly. But why is there an obsession with adding katakana to everything game related. It just seems like everthing related to "retro gaming" (quoted because it's used incorrectly) needs to have it's title somewhere in katakana. I guess that makes it more レトロ。
I absolutely loathe the term "retro" in terms of old games. They're not retro. They're old. Antiquated. Out-dated. Retro is new shit that looks old. Cave Story, VVVVVV, Shovel Knight, those are retro. NES games are not, can't be.
