Wait, don't go!

Weren't you in the UK? We never got a chance to talk about old TV show like "Shelley" (and of course, "The Return of Shelley") that your dad/grandpa  may have watched many moons ago.

Anyway, this is a nice raffle (I already have Atlantean).

How about this: take a sabbatical. That way, you are only temporarily leaving pcefx.

See you in 2-9 years!

I don't know you since I am a newer member but I wish you the best and I am sure you have your reasons.  I have gone away many times from the obey but it never goes away.  You eventually want to come back.

My path was turbo > tg16 cd > magic engine > virtual console > eventually here with real hardware and people who share my love for the system.

I already have a rom of the game I got from Arkhan so no need to enter me.

Cheers,
Gino

Hi este. I've never heard of these shows.
Basically trying to juggle work, a 1 & 9 year old and a wife having a MH crisis and not taking her medication while she maxes out a credit card has left me broke & drained. Sad story but no violins required. I hope people don't see me as a jump shipper. It was a hard decision to take.
Good luck to all entrants!

Jeez, I don't feel that old!  :-k

Oh ... wait ... perhaps I am, where the heck did all those years go?

"Shelley" is a great comedy with the excellent Hywel Bennett, first shown in the late 70's when Britain was in a fairly bad economic way. One of my favorite shows at the time.

Highly recommended to people who enjoy comedies with words, not pratfalls.

http://www.britishclassiccomedy.co.uk/shelley

It was created/written by the wonderful Peter Tilbury who left the show after 3 seasons and created/starred in his own great show "It takes a Worried Man".

Shelley was taken-over by writers Andy Hamilton and Guy Jenkin, who went on to create the also-brilliant "Drop the Dead Donkey".

http://www.britishclassiccomedy.co.uk/drop-the-dead-donkey-1990

Then later on Andy Hamilton created/wrote the marvelous "Old Harry's Game"

There you go Esteban ... you've still got someone to talk to about "intelligent comedy".

Sad story but no violins required.

I had a bi-polar ex who thought that buying "things" would make her happy. So sorry to hear about your problems.

Best wishes!

No need to add me to the raffle, but major thanks for being so generous!

I would like to join the raffle.

I do hope you find some happiness and stability. Financial troubles can be a major stress point, and trying to deal with family health issues really compounds that. I hope your kids are coming through it OK. Let the forums here know if there's anything we can do to help out.

Any chance I could get in this raffle?  I never had the money when it was available and missed it.

Always sad to see someone go, we need more people IN...very generous parting gift.

I'd love to enter I have the rom(Yes purchased) but I was never able to secure my own copy and the PCE variant would work wonders since I have yet to mod my Duo-R

Cheers, and ty and fare thee well well in advance ;)
