I am a collector searching for gauntlet clones for the sega genesis, sega-cd, turboduo and pc-engine.  Please help!  I also like action games like Mercs and Ikari Warriors so if you know of any of those I would appreciate it too.

What's crystal beans like?  I don't really care for the way snes games look- too cutesy.

It's like Dungeon Explorer, only with better graphics. I'd say it is just as boring as the previous games.  :)

Edit: Took some screenshots for you:

Thanx!  I really appreciate you doing that for me.  I think I would pick it up if I collected super famicom games but it's just too cutesy to warrant a system purchase.  Any other ideas.  Right now I'm playing these gauntlet and ikari clones:

Mercs
Fatal Labrynth
Rambo 3
Soldiers of Fortune- Hot!
Gauntlet 4
Arcus Odyssey- I want to pick up the mega cd version
Dungeon Explorer Sega cd

Landstalker
Light Crusader
Gain Ground
Gain Ground SX
Brandish
Fray
Final Zone 2

Looking for:
Caliber .50
final zone
crackdown
skeleton krew
technoclash
beyond oasis
valkyrie

Thanx.  I've seen photos of this game but the video is awesome.  I definately have to get this.  I like the boulder squish animation.

The Mega CD version of Arcus is a first person dungeon crawler like Wizardry.

Say it aint so.   :(   I thought Arcus Odyssey was a compilation of 1 2 and 3.  #1 for the Genny was an overhead dungeon crawler.

Arcus Odyssey on Mega Drive is an overhead ... game. Arcus 1-2-3 is a first person dungeon crawler.

Arcus Odyssey is actually a side story or something from what Zig told me, the Arcus 123 disc has the origanl Arcus games from some old Japanese computer system.  They're actually really cool though, and fairly linear and easy to play.  Plus the cinemas are cool, and the graphics are all nice and large.  I'm planning on playing all the way through them as soon as I can locate a converter for my Sega CD (which are a BITCH to find!).
