turboduo manual supplements

Anyone have a complete turboduo manual with the supplements manuals?  I want to get some repros made for myself.  I am looking for these.  Both are double sided.  One is how to hook up your multiplayer system, and one is hooking your system to an rf modulator.  Thanks

I only have the second one.  I guess they didn't all come with both, as I can't imagine that I'd have chucked that one sheet yet kept everything else.
