There are a couple shumps in it. A Twin Bee game and Force Gear.

Wait, did I get it wrong?  I already said Twin Bee Returns in Tokimeki Memorial.  It doesn't look like Force Gear to me.  The only other game I can think of would've been Cychorider in Anearth Fantasy Stories the Taikenban version?
