Nope and it's not a digital comic (though it does have light dc elements to it).

OK, so I know it was released in both regions, has three words in the title, and it's a game I've never played (there aren't many, but I'm absolutely sure I've never seen that graphic before). A quick jog through the PCEngine Catalog Project tells me it has to be one of the following games, in that case:

Champions Forever Boxing
Hit the Ice
King of Casino
Veigues Tactical Gladiator
World Class Baseball
World Court Tennis
World Sports Competition

(Can you tell I don't like sports games? :) )

Right off the bat I'll cross King of Casino and Veigues off the list on gut instinct alone. Which leaves the remaining sports games.

My guess is Champions Forever Boxing.

Well, it has to be one of the ones on my list, unless it doesn't really have three words in the title. Or isn't a HuCard.


EDIT: It could also be one of the "TV Sports" games. I just realized those were released in Japan too (never knew that).

Unless it really is Veigues.

Bullshit - Black Tiger is right, it is from King of Casino.  I just checked it out in M.E. and it is the Game Over screen where a dude is sitting on the curb with his back against a pole with his locker full of shit beside him.
