Splitting Hairs: No it isn't.  It's accessible from the seizure screen, which is accessible from the sound test, which is accessible from the birthday selection screen.  Input yet another code and you'll be shown a picture of God and instructions for building a cold fusion reactor.

Anyhow, that was a good one ccovell.  I'd forgotten all about S.A.'s hidden shmup.

I don't know who's next, but I have one that shouldn't be quite as hard if nobody minds  ;)

Well, it is inaccessible from anywhere else but the sound test, isn't it?

That's like saying the upstairs is inaccessible from the kitchen, because there's a foyer between the two.

Still Splitting Hairs:  That would also make it accessible from the title screen, or while mid-game, or while playing Bomberman, or while making a sandwich in the kitchen, etc.

It's like saying that the upstairs is accessible from the neighbor's basement, because you could conceivably travel from one to the other.  Accessibility implies a direct connection, but maybe that's just my opinion (hence the 'splitting hairs').

Adding PCE console specific layer on top of that, makes for an interesting challenge (no, not a reference to Ys II).

Sneaky ninja-like post! I hereby co-opt this turn in the name of Spain! Why? Because I like it! And they have the comfey chair, and tapas, and other stuff...

Figure this one out, all you smarty-pantses!

Parasol Stars.
Goddammit, I bet you're right.

Tangent: Gurus, here's a question about Parasol Stars and the music... in the (North American) game, I thought they repeated the same music over and over, yet when you go to the sound test, there were tons of songs that I didn't remember hearing in the game.

Granted, I haven't played Parasol Stars in years, so I might be mistaken. Am I? I've asked this question a bunch of times over the years and I don't think anyone has offered a definitive response. Help!

OK, how about this one:

If you can't guess this one within one minute, you hate PC Engine games!

In Parasol Stars, when you get the rainbow necklace I believe, you get 3 more worlds to play, all with they're own theme songs, plus, a real ending song.
