Darn it ! It just hit me like a ton of bricks when I saw the screenshot on the PC Engine Software Bible that it was The Legend of Dekoboko not too long ago, and thought that it would be a good opportunity for me to state the correct answer for these quizzes for the first time, but CCovell had beaten me to it this morning. I may never get another chance like that again...

For the next one, I want to say that it is either Dragon's Curse, New Adventure Island, or Valis III.
