Dewy's Adventure (Wii, from Konami)
« on: February 03, 2007, 06:46:55 PM »
This new Wii game from Konami sounds awesome http://wii.ign.com/articles/760/760682p1.html . Made from the same team as Elebits (which I really need to play). I really like how your character can burn to become a cloud and freeze to become ice, that kind of stuff always attracts to me.  8)

Adding PCE console specific layer on top of that, makes for an interesting challenge (no, not a reference to Ys II).

It looks kinda fun and goofy.  Should be good for a few laughs and worth picking up after release.

Looks fun. I hope the controls are good. I still wish that you had the option of using a Gamecube pad with most games.

Hmm looks cute i guues.

Seems like konami will put it's family friendly games on the wii.

While keeping it's more serious stuff for the PS3.

Also looks like Konami is developing more games for Wii than PS3: http://www.playwii.com/?p=185 .

Unfortunately, the three remaining Wii games don't look very interesting to me.  Soccer + baseball + a music simulation game = yawn.  One out of four isn't really too bad, I guess - at least it's not zero out of four.  I don't have a PS3 (or plan on getting one), but I almost cried over the cancellation of Gradius.  :(

I can't wait until they release more info about the baseball game. Wii Sports Baseball is good, but it's just a demo. Seeing a full baseball game made by a quality company should be good stuff if you're into that. I believe the music simulation game mentioned on that article is the new DDR game announced[/quote] since that article is a bit old.

Still no Castlevania or even a Contra.

I know a MGS is out of the question since hideo feels the, PS3 is the best system for the serise.

Meh i'm not a big sports fan.

Still if they did a new double dribble or blades of steel maybe then i'd care.
