Need help identifying a Japanese PS2 game...

OK, so I need to find this weirdass Japanese PS2 game I heard about and was wondering if anybody here could help me.

All I remember reading about it was that the game is about taking care of a dog that is shaped like a ball, you have to answer weird-ass quetsions to do this, one of the questions was like "what's in ketchup" and the answer was "lycopene"... I KNOW I didn't dream about this game, it's real, I know it!

Please help me find it! ^.^
