The PC-FX is a true upgrade from the 360.  I personally bought a PC-FX over buying a PS3 and I still stand firmly behind that decision.  If you like really, really Japanese games it might really be the console for you.  The PC-FX has given me many "Happy '90's Feeling" from playing it and I hope you enjoy your as much as I do.

Just make sure you get a FX-BMP for your PC-FX as you are going to need the extra save ram.

I can understand that, since there are about twice as many FX games I'm interested in than PS3 games.

but a FX instead of a 360? naaah.

Yeah, PC-FX>PS3, but PC-FX<360.

It's not even the STYLE of PC-FX games that make me say that, it's the fact that they're all in Japanese (and no, I don't want to learn :P).

Not a lot of games on the 360 have interested me until I saw the new Ninja Gaiden. But that aside, I think I'd take a PC-FX over a 360 simply for the fact that I could make new games for the PC-FX and I can't for the 360 without paying a ton of money.

instead of using a reserve, have the starting price be the least amount that you're willing to part with it for, i.e. have your starting price be your reserve.

because reserves are really f*cking annoying. I know I will not bid on an auction with a reserve, and I know a lot of other people here feel the same way.

High starting prices also scare away potential bidders.  Ebay is littered with auctions that nobody bid on, yet a similar auction that started at a penny will end at a far higher price.  Personally, I don't give a hoot if there's a high starting price or a reserve; I just bid what it's worth to me.  If I get it, I get it.  If I don't, then the seller can go f*ck himself.

I refuse to bid on auctions with reserves. I also refuse to list auctions with reserves.
