oh, good for you. I'm doing the same thing. Was only able to hobble around the bedroom/ living room from couch to bed for the last week due to some knee problems - dying to get back in the gym! You should just join a local gym and not actually clutter up your pad with the equipment - unless you've got lots of room?? Really for at home I'd say free weights, sit ups & push ups are all you need. I'd love to have a weight bench. Anyway..

, I'd feel too embarrassed. Although, I'm sure that would only be a short while and then you would become like a regular!

Anyway, I dont mean like a huge big room filled with equipment.
