Yeah I also got the black screen on Magic Engine. No problems with Mednafen though.

The IPS is the patch which needs to be applied to the .PCE ROM file. To do this you need a utility capable of handling IPS files. There should be a bunch of options for XP, Google is your friend. I'd recommend the ones I use under MacOS, but I am going to assume you don't use MacOS, so that wouldn't be much help.

Sorted, thanks. I used ipsxp which seemed to work OK.
I would suggest that the creators of the patch put that info in the readme file (like the Bubblegum Crash had).

I'd love to see a translation of Urusei Yatsura or the Ranma digital comic now, or even City Hunter *dreams*
