Would have bought the Goldeneye cart (despite having pen all over the cart and label), but seller wanted $20. >:P

I think when VMUS are originally shipped there is a little piece of plastic that prevents the circuit from being completed (and the battery from draining down) until it is pulled out.  The Saturn has a similar thing with a little piece of cloth to prevent the circuit.  I recently pulled the cloth out on one Saturn I got of Craigslist and the battery still worked!
