How many of you remember KAMEN RIDER ZO?

He was this badass dude in a badass FMV game who looked like a mantis or a grasshopper or some strange insect. The game was the same type of gameplay as Dragon's Lair, Space Ace, Time Gal and Revenge of the Ninja. I just ordered a copy of it online hoping to revisit it. I remember I only got to play it one time in my child hood, and I kept dying at the first level, and I think I only got to the second level once, and never got a second chance with it.  But I'm older now, and I should be better than I was, because I'm more familiar and adjusted to the gameplay of Dragon's Lair, Space Ace and Time Gal, and it should be fun! I forgot how badass this guy looked.



P.S. I knew about him LONG before Saban made that bastardized "Masked Rider" show which borrowed some footage from this game, but was mostly just a domesticated/americanized, butchered and watered down version of Kamen Rider Black.

Also, they made a follow up to the movie this game is based on where Zo teams up with J. Sega should've made a sequel to the game that was based on that movie, and put it on the Sega Saturn.

I don't remember this game at all and as for looking 'bad ass' - more like Mighty Lame Power Rangers reject.  What was it on?  Considering that it's FMV, I'd guess Sega CD or maybe 3DO.

It is on Sega CD. Came out in the US as Masked Rider.

I remember Kamen Rider Zo! The show kicked ass though the one that came on in the US was bull, but at the time I think I liked it...  Ah good times.
