what's wrong with the NES Bonk? apart of the fact that there can't be other REAL Bonks outside the PC Engine, it was a solid game and well ported. and still 100 times better than that later PS2 refake.

Super Bonk was kinda broken, the way that Dracula XX is broken, with stage design that worked against the gameplay.

NES Bonk is way better. The two ruined Bonk games (I haven't played BC Kid or the PS2/GC remakes) are the board game Gameboy Bonk and Super Bonk 2.

What was wrong with super bonk 2? That was supposed to be the better bonk game for SNES.

It was hokey to me.  and missing some stuff.  Downgraded systems usually do that >_<

I liked Super Bonk on SNES.  I beat that game all the time.  It had lots of wacky crap.  The music cracks me up too, and the space levels.

I got Super Bonk - I  think it is ok. I get bored with it easily, but I hear that Super Bonk 2 is actually a cool game. Wasn't released in US either correct?

Super Bonk 1 is ok, but, I really like Super Bonk 2, though, ofcoarse, nowhere near as much as Bonk's Revenge.  And, yeah, that board game one is wierd, I've never been able to totally figure it out.  Ofcoarse, one of my dreams, is to remake the first 2 GB Bonks for the Turbo.

I liked Super Bonk because you get sneezed out of a dinosaur nose and rocketed into space.

Those space levels are really atmospheric.

LOL, maybe I should have used the term immersive, or something, hah.

They are ominous, boingy, and fancy.

teh first two PC Genjins are the best ever made in universe and beyond of it. PC Genjin 3 is still lot of fun and shows some very neat sprite capabilites, but it's definitely less fun than the first two. all other existing versions of PC Genjin/bonk comming way way behind those 3.
if you not owning all of those 3 already, get 'em first!!
