Many of these covers are custom and 'influenced' by the originals, but not exact scans. A few of them have spelling errors on the back on the game summary, so I think some of them were re-typed and not actually direct scans. The game company names at the bottom of the SNES spines were obviously not stock, but it makes them look much better on the shelf.
Also, the little ESRB logos are even on games that I thought were out before the system existed (like Gradius 3). And they do look authentic, but I don't think they said 'Visit
www.esrb.org' back in 1991.
