Looks like a decent blend of Blackthorn and Turrican, though the aiming appears to be kinda irksome.

Yes. I feel like there were never enough run-n-gun platformers, so of course I would to see this released.

The bosses are a bit uninspired, of course, and the entire game seems rather generic, but, HEY!, I still would love to play it. :)

I am bothered by the music.  Not the composition, but the horrible sound quality of the instruments chosen.  Some say it sounds like Jesper Kyd meets Chris Hüelsbeck, but I don't hear any Hüeülsbeck in there anywhere.  Maybe a little bit of Kyd since he always had that buzzy, abrasive, "don't listen to me" type of sound.

Looks awesome, if they finally release it I am gonna get it.  I like Turrican style games, and that reminds me of one.  The graphics/animation look solid..  the music..  at times seems ok, other times seems obnoxious, but that could be poor video quality also.  It might actually sound good on a decent set up..  (not being recorded on a projector)

meh. Doesn't look like anything special. Kinda a poorman's SuperMetroid w/ level one SonictheHedgehogesque bosses. lol. I'm sure the programmers were sad to see their hard work put away, but that is just business. Also, I too feel that the music and sound fx were lacking.

I'd still probably buy it if they made a cartridge version.  If they just released a ROM... eh.

I'll just come out and say it: I would buy it from Wii's VC (or equivalent emulation). YES, I would.

In fact, one of the saddest things is that companies haven't been exploiting the niche markets for downloadable titles.

In the future, I suspect, smaller companies, or at least divisions within larger companies, will focus on "special markets" and tap into the $$$'s out there.

Then, of course, I'd be able to play FM Marty Splatterhouse and X68000 Rayxanber on my North American XBOX 720!!!

looks kinda cool to me. I'm guessing that they're trying to put pressure on the owners to put the game out on Virtual Console or something. I might buy it if that happened.

Mega Turrican is definfinitely not garbage.  That game is solid, and the music is awesome too.

Don't forget the Amiga versions of Turrican.  Those games were and still are great!  Also Super Turrican and Super Turrican 2 for SNES are amazing as well, especially the music.

Anyways I would definitely pick this game up if it got a cart release, but sadly I just see a PSN, XBOX Live, and VC release.

Yes, it certainly seems that this will be a download, if anything.

I have doubts that it will ever have an official release, though. :(
