I don't get it?

It's keyword spamming, which is supposedly against eBay's rules, but they refuse to do anything about it.  f*ck eBay indeed.

I reported the listing just because the seller is huge dingleberry. eBay probably won't do anything, but it made me feel better.

Who would've thought that Turbografx was the most popular keyword to spam?  He may be a swindler,  but at least he's a swindler with good taste.

I think Dead of the Brain is a Digital Comic - It's claim to fame is that it was the last commercial release for the system - 1999 (way after many of the PCE's successor consoles were out of game production!)
Wanted:
Bootleg Hucards (Hong Kong, China)
Third Party Hardware (US, Japan, China, Europe, Korea)
Canadian Boxes and Manuals (French text)

So Dead of the Brain is basically Snatcher 99'? why did it came out so late or at all?

$300 Dead of the Brain

really???? is it that good of a game???

Is any game really worth $300 in terms of gameplay?  It's pricey because it's sealed and actually somewhat rare, unlike the endless R4R3 L@@K!!1! copies of Keith Courage and Momo Tarou.

I got my minty fresh copy last year in a lot with a bunch of other RPGs for $300ish, and another copy sold around the same time for around $130, so it can definitely be had for less.  Neither copy was sealed, though.
