Is stolen (taken) from NausicaƤ (風の谷のナウシカ):


As well the Boss itself is obviously inspired from the Ohmus (オーム):

Totally unrelated...but the theme music from Darius Burst sounds like a remix of the theme from the movie Braveheart. I swear...
