A possible Compile shootie revival??

Sounds cool and all guys but I wouldn't hold your breath. They will most likely revive the Madou Monogatari RPG series if anything. I would definitely love to see a Compile shmup compilation though. Also a US PSN release of Zanac X Zanac for PS1. Zanac Neo is such a fantastic game!

Maybe if Musha or Robo Alete had carnival mode it could hold a candle to Spriggan

M.U.S.H.A. > Spriggan > Robo Aleste in my opinion. I think Spriggan would be even better if it had a soundtrack similar to M.U.S.H.A. or Lords of Thunder and a challenging final stage. M.U.S.H.A.'s last level is pretty difficult compared to Spriggan's.

I don't think there is any contest between Spriggan's music versus M.U.S.H.A.'s. Spriggan's stage one score gets me pumped up way more than the former's. And the boss theme...don't get me started!

What Necromancer said. I haven't posted anything on the site in a while due to moving and my primary emulator machine still being packed up. So no way to grab screenshots. And you know, screenshots are important.
