Well, that painting makes up for the fact that Zelda hasn't been good since N64...!

WHOA!!!  lmao.  I loved the games released on the gamecube.  Windwaker was awesome, and something different graphic wise.  Twilight Princess was just downright perfect!!  I admit, on the 64, bringing Zelda into the 3D world cannot be topped.  But, the games on the cube were still very good...  IMO..  :)  Think I will go play Windwaker now.

Everything is epic these days so that must mean it is average.

Oh, I meant that the N64 one sucked too.

All of the 3D ones were pretty awful to me.   TP was good stuff, but too easy.  I beat it without dying and ended up killing myself on purpose after that just to see what the game over screen was like.

Nothing tops LttP and Links Awakening.  Those are perfect games.

Nintendo lost it for awhile with their flagship games.  Zelda and Metroid both got gimped in the transition to 3D.

I always thought OoT was a watered down mess, further gooned up by the N64's awful controller, and that stupid fairy going:

HEY!
HEY!

LISTEN!  LISTEN!

By epic, I assume that means there is so much shit going, that it is impossible to look at the thing and enjoy it.  Spacing was used poorly, and I did not like it.

BTW, top 3 Zelda games:

1.)  Original Zelda
2.)  Wind Waker
3.)  Oracle of Games

The reason Zelda and Wind Waker are awesome is because there isn't any of that alternate world bullshit.  I hate when games have that crap.  It is almost as bad as when in a movie a character dies and it is shocking...  but it is actually the identical twin!

LttP
Links Awakening
Zelda II: Adventure of Link

They oughta make a new zelda in the same vein as Zelda II.

3D models fixed to a 2D plane, epic overworld, sweet combat.

Would be awesome
