Ho. Lee. Cow.
http://www.smspower.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=13381

The pictures explain most of it. You can run it through google translate if you want more details. A later post also links to a howto.

Wondering why that thread is all in Japanese when those forums are full of British folk.

Wow! I wonder if this will be available or if it's justa project someone did?
I would pick this up if it comes for sale. I love how they found a nice style somewhere inbetween a SMS and a Game Gear

Because the Guy who made that is probably Japanese and probably doesn't speak more than three words of your Language.
It seems that smspower.org is also widely used in Japan fields.

OK I found the link to the DIY section. That is incredibly impressive. That dude has MAD skills and a lot of free time lol. This would be a lot of fun to try out but if I did it wouldn't look nearly that professional.

I hope he mass produces these, as I would buy one...not to mention I'd start buying Game Gear games!  The Game Gear never did interest me too much.  I have it, with a few games, but for some reason, the Lynx has always seemed better to me :-k  Ofcoarse, I'd love to have a console Lynx or an adapter to play them on the Jag.

These DIY crafters never cease to amaze. That is one sweet consolized portable. And the Sony DSC-1024HD scaler isn't too shabby either.

Well they should.  English is the best language.  If there were a better language, I'd speak it.
