It's just a gussied up GT.  The hood's wrong and the 17/25 mileage gives it away as a GT (GT500s are rated at 15/21).

And also they need helicopters, and a guy completely made of bombs and AK-47s needs to yell "GIVE HIM THE CHAIR!"

And then a chair falls from the sky with a beam of light shining on it, and the unnamed "him" takes the chair and then China explodes.
