I'd say the FEKA CD is a must own add-on (assuming one has a Genny to begin with), just because it's so cheap.  There's more than enough fun games to make it worth the low entry price, especially if you wanna play RPGs or digicomics in English.

And for those who are less concerned with owning originals out there can also play the library with a cd burner will not need to pay for a entire library of games the cost is even more no-brainer when it comes to owning the system. Between NHL 94, the working design games, and the shooters, let alone the aforementioned fmv novelty it is a great thing for people to experience if nothing else. It's a real shame that the system was referred to as skippable :(

The source material for that comment was skippable.

I'm not dirty brown lover, but I have a Sega CD for Flink and Final Fight alone. My other Sega CD games I have are just bonus to me, I do not care for RPG's so the library is even more limited. I also never paid for a Sega CD, it was given to me and I worked a trade later for a complete CDX.

I see that comment allot since it was over loaded with fmv games. When i bought a sega-cd again a few years ago it was for the likes of both lunars, popful mail among others. It didn't bother me it's good games were in a small number compared to the pce.

Any Sega System That Isn’t the Genesis

Wow just wow.
But the good thing is - maybe it keeps more people away from collecting for the Sega Saturn  :D.

The complete article is pretty bad but what tops it is that they say: Avoid the Game Boy  ](*,)
There are great GB games that can easily compete with NES games.

Quoted from the article:  "Neo Geo will still set you back hundreds, and pretty much all the games are in the $50 to $200 range."

I wish. Then maybe I can afford some actual RPGs instead of crappy CDRs.

How much is PDS these days anyway?

Pretty sure they are. I'm guessing you wish the rest were too?

As stated, the Sega CD has enough good games to make it worth owning.
I love Earthworm Jim on it. Always liked the game but on the SCD it's even better, and the revamped music is fantastic.

For the longest time I used to use a Model 1 SCD with one of those clone Mega Drives (Scorpion).
Worked really well.

Comrade, as you know, only agents of FEKA would use "SCD" to refer to Sega CD.

And, thankfully, "SCD" was part of PCE lexicon before Sega released Sega CD.

Let's not forget the Feka-CD had the most awesome port of Final Fight. It's cheap to boot. :)
