Bullshit - Black Tiger is right, it is from King of Casino.  I just checked it out in M.E. and it is the Game Over screen where a dude is sitting on the curb with his back against a pole with his locker full of shit beside him.

Keranu probably responded during the ten seconds that I was editing in King of Casino. Of course, he still missed it when Nat posted it again... 

King of Casino was one of my early guesses, but after testing out the game, it didn't look like that screen would've fit the rest of the art style.

Since I said KoC first, I'll post the next one and once again, instead of picking a few pixels from a background, it'll be an entire sprite-

Now for the next image. That hawk looks so familar, but I just can't think of where it's from! I'm going to guess Tiger Road even though I haven't seen the hawk in that game.
