Okay fools, so I'm a little late on this.  But I was bored tonight and added all you guys to my Wii.  So add me too and we'll exchange some Miis or something.  :)

Now that I've gotten my Nintendo Wii and had been able to use it, I can now give my Wii Number to those who are interested in having me in their address book.

Although I had stated that I would only give it in my "I Had Finally Gotten My Nintendo Wii." topic as a request through private message, this was only done to prevent any unwanted individuals from doing any potential harm to my Wii service. However, now remembering that the codes are to prevent any circumstances like this from occuring, I will freely give it out here.

The Friend Code for my Wii console is:

7738 4749 5518 5921

Keep in mind that I keep my Nintendo Wii unpluged when not in use to save a bit of energy, therefore meaning that I may not be able to recieve any sent items at these times. However, I will have my Wii in use for most of the day now, so, in best indication through the PCEngineFX boards, if I am offline and it is not nighttime, I am probably playing with my Nintendo Wii.

I will add several of you on here, as well, in consideration that the users are trustable and of utter importance. If you would like to request me to add you in my Address Book/contacts, or if you would like me to give you my friend code individualy, then you can message me to do so, and I will provide this for most folks around.

I have yet to see the benefit of the Wii Friend Code.  The only things it allows you to do is send e-mails, Miis and pictures from Wii to Wii.  Online games all have their own individual friend codes so for each online title you play, you'll have to swap new friend code numbers again.  What a great online system, thanks Nintendo!

Interesting....can you do this from a computer? Like let's say I wanted to email you (FW: Why SNES > Genesis), could I just do something like 3228093574527687@nintendo.com or would you have to fire up Opera and check via webmail?

Yes, it does work that way as well.  I think the Wii owner needs to add your e-mail address first... I think.  However you cannot send nudie pictures.  I tried (just for fun) and Nintendo sends the e-mail sans pic.  You can send any other picture.  They look at them all.

Are you SERIOUS? Are you telling me they have some guy sitting in front of a computer all day reading everyone's e-mail to make sure it doesn't include naked pictures? Give me a break.

Or does the system filter out ALL picture attachments?

However, I'm willing to be he's joking. If not, Nintendo is the creepiest Big Brother ever. 0_0

I blame the soccer moms that freaked out during:
1) That "Playstation Pornable" "scandal"
2) Pedophiles sending message through PictoChat to our innocent children scare.

I'm not joking.

I actually believe you, but I need proof for myself. I should call up Nintendo today at work, see what they say.
