It was actually I who grabbed your copy of Steam Hearts professor   I'll just ahead and leave you feedback now (without even actually having received the item yet) as your auction was clearly stated and I trust ya  :D

I seriously appreciate that gesture. When I jump on tonight to leave some FB I will be sure to get yours in there. I usually just do it in batches most of the time. Also, if anyone was curious as to how well my daughter can handle packing the small stuff, this is the pack job on one/single jewel case game:

First Class Mail related, I wont send any jewel case stuff out unless the package is extra thick with bubble wrap, and she is well aware of this and packs them extremely well.

Professor. I left positive feedback with high stars where they belong. Your note on the photobucket pic was and still is not there on my ebay page. Next time post it on the description with the rest of your details. Im not a bad seller or buyer and from your positive feedback score it proves you are not either. Thats why I left you a positive feedback. Now my side is out you guys can have your fun.

It's ok Necro, I will bring the rage:

And the f*ck face finally arrives. Look a$$hole, no one else is having any issue reading the auction details and viewing the pics in the auction. The details specified it had moderate wear, and it truly was moderate, as opposed to extreme and undisplayable. The ebay condition grade was listed as "GOOD", because, for one, one of the games was complete, and the other, the condition of the insert fit "GOOD" by ebays terms. When all else fails, and the most important item to you is the insert, and you see it has a listed condition of "moderate wear", and you are worried about the exact specifics, maybe you should check the pics AND message the seller asking about the exact details PRIOR to using BIN.

As for the pics, ALL my auction pics are hosted on my Photobucket account. The 2nd pic down in the auction, the one containing the image of the insert, it was this one exactly, as found on my PB account and the auction details:

The exact damage concerning the insert was listed on the pic so that it could be specified again that the insert did have moderate wear/damage. This was my way of doubling up on the details. There is nothing wrong in doing so. I actually take the time to take multiple pics of the items I sell, as opposed to you, who cant be bothered to take more then one pic, but wants to accuse me of not being in depth on my auction details concerning condition. As stated prior to you, for someone who claims to be reasonable, none of your actions provide proof of the such, and it's not like I sent you a item not as described. It was sent EXACTLY as described AND shown in the auction details and pics.

And on the topic of reasonable people, reasonable people do more then glance at a auction then hit BIN, and complain later when they are not happy. Reasonable people don't hold grudges when they cant have a extra game magically added to free shipping because their prior purchase had its shipping already paid for. Reasonable people don't plot to burn the seller simply because they wouldn't sell them a game insert separately from a auction. Reasonable people also don't take the two games they purchased, remove a item from one of them, then jack up the price of both games on two separate auction listings either. You basically complain about the condition of the items, and yet at the same time relist them asking for more money then I did? Other then being a total cunt, where is the reasoning in that? And last but not least, reasonable people don't take a Super System Card, add a sandwich bag, and trump up the price by $150. I mean, are you serious?

And also, I mean seriously, who the f*ck do you think you are that you think I need to stop everything, yank down the auction listing, take new pics, type up new details, and re-list, all because MR. Niceguy has to have his insert. Are you that f*cking childish that you'd expect me to do that? The first time I declined your offer should have been it for you. Get a f*cking clue idiot.

Niceguy - No one cares about your reseller PR damage control. No one except for you and Prof care about that water-damaged insert. You can write chappy responses all day, but all we see is a parasite noob (gouging the hell out of a 3.0 card) trying to flip a trusted member's games for profit. What do you think our verdict will be? Enjoy your stay.

This seriously. I had the two games listed together at a low start bid of $32.99 and a BIN of $44.99. Guy complains about the condition, removes a insert, then relist them separately and ask for a bit more.... I mean, wtf.... And the whole sandwich bag $150 mark up on the super system card thing, I mean really? Other then VG Quantity, who else does this kind of stuff?

Don't get your hopes up. I could give him the benefit of the doubt if he had merely said something controversial, but he's done far more than "headbutting." Look at his actions:

1) Established reseller gouging a 3.0 card for $270 BIN

2) PCEFX lurker for the past 8 months, never posted except to defend himself.

3) Dubious ebay integrity: breaks condition grading guidelines, requested lot to be broken up, probably wanted to make purchase outside of ebay.

4) Flipping Prof's games at inflated price.

5) Docked feedback points without warning after Professorson had refunded shipping overcharge. This is f*cked up even if Prof neglected to mention the water damage. There is no better sign of an honest person than when an anonymous ebay seller takes the time to refund some chump a $1 because they made too much money. Whenever someone does this for me, I know they have my back and problems are easily solved if I ask nicely, in the unlikely event there is one.

6) Unprofessional on ebay: "shut the f*ck up", "i laughs(sic) at fools like you all day", "I don't give a sh**", etc.
Now, I have no right to criticize anyone for swearing on the internet, but one should maintain a modicum of civility when doing business. If nothing else, the ebay arbitrators are more likely to side with the guy who isn't talking like a longshoreman. A man has to be pretty callous and spiteful to drop F-bombs and antagonize their business partners with impunity.

I wish steam hearts and dragon slayer would've been been offered for sale here instead of ebay. This problem would've been avoided completely.

This is the thing here too on this.  In my payment and shipping policy I state the following:

Quote
PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INFO IS LISTED AT THE BOTTOM OF THE AUCTION, AND YES, I DO COMBINE SHIPPING COST ON MULTIPLE ITEMS. IF THE SHIPPING CALCULATOR OVERCHARGES YOU I WILL REFUND THE DIFFERENCE AFTER THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT, CHECK MY FEEDBACK PRIOR TO PLACING ANY BIDS :)

and

Quote
SHIPPING AND PAYMENT POLICY: Shipping in the USA will be offered via USPS First Class if weight of item allows. If having to combine with other items or due to weight over 13 oz., it will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. On computers specifically, I only use Parcel Post to normal addresses, and can only ship within the USA from the east to west coast. If you live in Hawaii or PR, etc, or outside of the USA, I can not ship any heavy computer related items to you. I can only ship to the address presented in the paypal payment info. My shipping out/handling time is typically between 3-5 business days after payment is made, unless weather is bad (winter storm, etc). Cost will depend on location of buyer. Do not submit payment until invoice is sent please. I will combine shipping cost for multiple items. Again, shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska or outside of the USA will not be available for large computer related items. Package will be sent with both tracking and fully insured for the auction end value. As I do not ship outside of the USA, please do not place a bid or use BIN if you are not located in a location I can ship to. PAYPAL ONLY. NO ECHECKS! PAYMENT EXPECTED WITHIN 4 DAYS OF END OF AUCTION. REMEMBER: ALL ITEMS SOLD AS IS. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT, CHECK MY FEEDBACK PRIOR TO PLACING BIDS :)

Now what I do is basically every two weeks or so I check sold and shipped items payment and shipping details, do the math, and if a refund is due I issue it, which is why I was logged in my account last night. I don't do it right away because honestly its easier to do the stuff in batches when I have all the shipping receipts sitting in front of me and I dont have to continuously log into paypal, and it is hardly ever required, ever, except sometimes on small items like in this case. There is a mandatory $3 fee tacked onto all my auctions for handling and packing materials in addition to the calculated shipping cost. I do not always need this fee, as stated concerning small items, or all of it anyway, but I cant stress enough how many times this does not even help either.

Auctions like my computer ones where I charge a flat $37 and spend $42 on shipping alone, before buying a large box and lots of thick bubble wrap, the extra $3 does not make a dent. It does help though on small items that just happen to exceed certain cost due to the auction ending for a lot more then expected and extra insurance needing to be purchased past the initial amount, or in cases where the shipping cost was quoted for parcel post, but that extra $3 being there also just happens to help cover the extra buck something to pay for priority mail. Its there to allow these things when needed. When some, or all of it is not needed, it is refunded back in due time.

I have 100 percent feedback rating. I do run into a$$holes like this now and then that like to f*ck with my DSR over petty shit, but the fact remains, I do have 100 percent feedback, and even if I didn't, my FB is awesome enough anyway to know I do a good job. Of the few times a item has arrived not as described, it was because USPS totally destroyed the package and I had to open a insurance claim. It is rare, but it happens. The people that usually f*ck with my DSR more often then not are resellers with lower stats then mine. Its one of their ways with screwing with what they perceive to be the competition, or to lash out because of their own self-made problems.

Also, just to state again, this auction Mr.Niceguy purchased, the stuff was not mine. I was doing this auction as a favor for Sini. As everyone here knows, the guy got hit hard by Sandy. He is still recovering from that mess. This was one of the ways I was able to help him out. I stood nothing to gain from this auction, and it was my time and energy spent on handing it for him, which I would gladly do for any friend in need.
