How is that a bad auction? Sucks that the price is so high on such a mediocre game, but the seller isn't at fault here.

So is the cardboard box actually included?

what cardboard box?  I only see a pic of the hu card and manual.

Ugh, 27 bids on that Magical Chase now...  Just emulate it at this point and use the money more practically.  I can't believe people are willing to part with this much dough.

Up to 29 bids now and you know people that want to play it will just everdrive it.  The people bidding are the same people who spent 10k on stadium events recently.

Thought this one was pretty terrible:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Turbo-Grafx-16-Air-Zonk-Jewel-Case-Only-With-Custom-Label-TurboGrafx-16-Duo-/281927505807?hash=item41a430578f:g:kO0AAOSw5dNWs~SF

$25 for a replacement case with a bad AIR ZONK label that uses the font from the second wave of TG-16 games on the orange background of the first wave of games.
I'm a notorious strange man.

Even if it had a new front shell, sparky label, and nicely printed insert it wouldn't be worth $25.  Bastards!

Wow, I just can't believe there is a market for this stuff. This obviously is something anyone with a printer, or near a office printing place, can do for 1/100th of that price themselves with 30 minutes of time. Someone has to be supporting this for it to be up there for sale, if no one were buying no one would be selling. Crasee fools

Shut up, you're face is mediocre. Machical Gase is hawtt swauce.

I've been following that Magical Chase auction. I find it interesting that it is listed as an actual auction instead of a buy it now. I am going to be curious to see it is ends legitimately, or if a bunch of people just place troll bids to drive the price up even further and it ends up having to be relisted, or sold somewhere else.

Can anyone on here remember the last time a copy like this sold as an auction on Ebay and how much it went for?  :-k

I think someone from here auctioned theirs off and it went $2,500 - give or take - HuCARD + manual?

Anyone remember that guy? He fell on hard times (supposedly) and had to sell his collection or something?

I guess that after it got bid up high enough, they took out the additional pic of the cardboard box, so that bidders couldn't claim they were mislead. It looked like a stock photo, but not too obvious of one that it wouldn't have fooled the gotta-have-it-nows. When it was the last or second to last pic in the gallery showing what's included, it's even more misleading than all of those BIN listings for loose dirty carts with no photo other than the box... which the description says in small print somewhere far down the page, is not included.
