Looks like some type of scam going on here.  Hard to believe the seller had 2 of each to sell cheap.

He did the same thing with a bunch of NES and SNES rares. Its an obvious scam, I've seen it happen many times now!

I'd assume so.  Immediate payment required but he won't ship until the 15th, hoping he'll get ten days to empty his paypal account before anyone files.

The auctions aren't up anymore so I can't check the seller.  If the seller is new, he can't take anything out of Paypal account until after the delivery confirmation or positive feedback from buyers. But if it was older account that can remove money anytime, Paypal will send collection agencies after him.  Odds are Paypal also has the account owner's social security (required for tax) and if someone tries to scam and flee, he'd need to fly to another country that aren't uptight about scam like Mexico or China.

The seller, hager1080 is no longer a registered user and it seems ebay deleted all of the seller's recent listings.

The account is still active and every item has multiple bids.

Those are completed listings in the link, and if you click on the user's name to see his user profile you'll see this:

Oh Lord... They even marked up the price on the Magical Chase case.   :-s

Any collector who can afford the game won't care about the price. Making it complete by adding the $50 jewel case will increase the game's value by another couple thousand dollars.

Why would you pay 50 dollars for a case to make it complete as you say when the game never had a case??
