Here's the kicker, I went back to look at the message today and the guy has changed his name!

Originally it was drzeroji, now it is lordtenchi98.

Hahah... Galam actually snagged a 2nd dynastic hero recently for obnoxiously low BIN.  The one on the bay is the original one he snagged for $150 years ago. Apparently the new one was in better shape... Lucky sob

A quick search for it the other day turned up many threads talking about the $50 Dynastic Hero eBay listing I'm talking about, but I didn't have time to narrow down the exact post with the initial link. At least three copies sold realitively "cheap" (only <$150!) within one year.

Dark Kobold made a big deal about how occasional low end one-offs can't be factored into a buyer's perception, but the occasional fake sales going for ten times the perceived average tells non-fipper buyers the true value of games.

I believe that at the time, eBay flippers were already asking $400 - $800 for DH.

Also, I'm still waiting to see what happens to those 20 or so duplicate games you bought from syphic 6 months ago. Aside from the Beyond Shadowgate, they all seemed to disappear, despite you claiming you were going to offer raffles and forum deals...
